Successful Lithuania Tour
In August the ensemble participated with 3 concerts at the „Trakai Fanfare Week“ Musicfestival in Vilnius, the Capital City of Lihuania. The audience welcomed the austrian goup with standing ovations. The colaboration with SIBs new leader Steven Mead, his Solos and his way of presenting the group made the audience really enthousiastic.
Another CD production is planned to be released in 2008, to lead the ensemble in to the new decade an to a new challenge of musical work.

"Hey!!! it's mister trombone writting you....the guy with long hair and long
trombone....i have read youre diary about the visit in Trakai...it's very
nice, that you have so good remembers about us and our city Trakai...You,
Frits, Marius and Liudas gaved me a good kick, to go forward, never stop to
love music...and there is one thing i'll never gorget and never do as well
as you with austrian guys did...Sound in Brass...it is the sound, which
gives reason to live...(i hope i express my self understandly) Sound in
Brass it's my dream...i never thought that my dream can be truth...and that
evenin, i understand, that i now what i will seek all my life...so i want to
thank one more time, for that you gived me chance, to hear a masterly
sound...perfect sound...balanced sound...soft sound...GOOD SOUND...so i hope
that when we meet next time i will be more near thet sound like you with
austrian's demonstrate...all in all, just thanks for all you've done here at
Trakai...=)
